Kathryn of Blue Moss and Fleur of Vibrant Soul invite you to join in a sound cave experience.

I have found such deep joy and release in the simple movement of my body. I am so excited to experience this as a collective consciousness, holding space for one another and the earth. We have so much more power than we know. I believe it is time for the feminine to rise, for the wisdom, the intuition, the love, and grace to fill our homes, our lands, our hearts. To rediscover our truth and lead with light.

But we must start with ourselves, and in deep trust lean into our truth, our power.

Gathering in grace and openness for one another, witnessing the other in her power, being moved by it and seeking our own. We ask you to meet with us, move with us, release with us.

A curated force of the feminine playlist will take us on a journey, the music will start strong and powerful, telling our bodies we are shifting stuck energy, flowing stagnant spaces, letting go of what no longer serves us. As the music gradually calms, we may sit, sway, lay down and let our hearts soak in the shift, the release, the alchemy.

Finally, we will lay comfortably and listen to Vibrant Soul grace us with her singing bowls to nurture us and let us leave feeling soothed and grounded. Reiki energy will be available to anyone wanting and needing it during our ceremony.

Please bring a cozy blanket, water, and wear comfortable clothes. Meditation cushions will be provided.
